Program that works on behalf of individuals and/or groups to make sure that they receive the benefits and services for which they are eligible
Additional Information
Elder Advocates assist with:
* Transportation
* Food shelf visits
* Banking, grocery shopping
* Delivery of commodities/Naps boxes
* Medical appointments and medication pick-up
* County paperwork
* Social security
* Health insurance information
Advocates will transport and accompany Elders/Disabled individuals to county appointments.
