Promotes justice and human rights for parents with disabilities and their children in child custody cases
Services include:
* Help for parents with disabilities and Deaf parents who are involved in child custody situations
* Trainings to help professionals understand the issues that come up when serving a parent with a disability who has custody issues
* Consultations by phone or email to parents, family members and professionals
* Reviewing parenting evaluations and other court records
