Description
Staff or volunteers answer questions or talk confidentially with callers. Program can provide information, a sympathetic listener, advice and/or referrals to other resources.
Additional Information
The Friendship Line offers both a crisis intervention center and a warm line for routine, even daily, phone calls that provide emotional support, medication reminders and well-being check-ins.
Please Note: The Friendship Line will accept calls from Minnesota, but does not make scheduled out-going calls to Minnesota. Warm line hours are 9:00am - 11:00pm (Central Time).
